Sixty events in the pine grove for children

June 13 2026

From June 22 to August 20, 2026, Forte dei Marmi’s Emilio Tarabella Pine Grove will once again become a place of imagination, play, and discovery with the new edition of The Children’s Pine Grove, the summer program for children promoted by the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi in collaboration with Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo. Workshops, performances, and activities will make up a total of sixty free events.

The initiative reflects the commitment of the Department of Culture and Tourism to enhancing public spaces as places for gathering and cultural growth, offering free, inclusive, and high-quality activities for children aged 3 to 10.

For eight weeks, the Emilio Tarabella Pine Grove, in the heart of Forte dei Marmi, will be transformed into a true open-air cultural village. Each week will be dedicated to a different theme and will feature companies, artists, and organizations specializing in children’s programming, with activities designed to inspire imagination, participation, and discovery through a variety of artistic languages.

From circus arts and acrobatics to storytelling and narrative journeys, as well as activities inspired by hands-on creativity, immersive theater, and the world of fairy tales, the program will offer engaging and multidisciplinary experiences, turning the Emilio Tarabella pine grove into a place of encounter, play, and wonder throughout the summer.

The calendar will also include evening performances for children and families, ranging from visual theater, juggling, music, magic, and storytelling, creating an atmosphere that encourages outdoor cultural experiences and shared moments of fun and community.

Particular focus will be given to environmental awareness, reuse, and creative recycling. Many of the workshops featured in the Children’s Pine Grove program will make use of reclaimed materials, helping children develop respect for the environment through activities that are engaging, educational, and participatory.

All activities of The Children’s Pine Grove 2026 are free of charge. Workshops will take place from Monday to Thursday, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, with additional evening sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Performances will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 pm, with doors opening to the public at 8:30 pm.
