Lecture: “Turner. The Invention of Romantic Space”

A new lecture led by art historian and author Davide Pugnana.

On this occasion, Pugnana presents William Turner (1775-1851), an English painter and printmaker. Associated with the Romantic movement, Turner’s style laid the foundations for Impressionism and anticipated key developments in abstraction.
