Assaggi d’Estate 2026 - Gourmet dining under the stars

An event organized by the Compagnia della Vela of Forte dei Marmi, sponsored by the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi.

The culinary festival will feature some twenty chefs from Forte dei Marmi and the province of Lucca, including seven Michelin-starred restaurants (five of which are in Forte dei Marmi), representing the excellence of contemporary Italian cuisine.

Coupons (cost €35) are available for advance purchase and entitle the holder to six tastings, three of which are designated as “special,” meaning they are from the Michelin-starred restaurants participating in the event. Water is included.

There will also be a selection of wines carefully chosen to accompany the culinary offerings, with a special focus on local products.

“Assaggi d’Estate” coupons are available for pre-purchase at the Cucina della Compagnia della Vela on the pier during opening hours – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at lunchtime. They can also be bought at the Tourist Information Office in Piazza Garibaldi 1, at the Fortino, which is open daily from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, except on Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons when it is closed. Carnets can also be purchased directly on the pier in the evenings during the event.
