In compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), users are hereby informed that data provided directly to this web portal for the purpose of making use of the services offered here or in any case, collected for that purpose, is processed by the Comune di Forte dei Marmi, as data controller, exclusively for the purpose of carrying on activities connected with management of institutional communications, which include dispatching messages to the email addresses provided to this site during the process of user registration.
